Know Your Rights at 99abk

01 General Terms

The 99abk platform is operated as an online entertainment service offering sports betting, casino games, slot games, live casino, fish games and related products. These terms constitute a binding agreement between 99abk and every registered user of the platform.

By accessing the platform, creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms in full. You also confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements set out below and that all information you provide during registration is accurate and up to date.

99abk reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active players through the platform or by email.

These terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, which form part of the overall agreement between 99abk and its users.

02 Eligibility

To register and use 99abk you must meet the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be using the platform of your own free will for personal entertainment purposes.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or any commercial entity when using the platform.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have a current restriction in place that prevents you from accessing gambling or gaming services.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of a 99abk employee in a role that creates a conflict of interest.

Providing false information during registration, including false date of birth, is a serious breach of these terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

03 Accounts

Each player is permitted one account on the 99abk platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, 99abk will close all accounts linked to the same individual and any balances across those accounts may be forfeited.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. 99abk staff will never ask for your password. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately.

You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If a third party gains access to your account because you shared your credentials or failed to take reasonable steps to secure them, 99abk is not liable for losses arising from that access.

• Accounts must be registered using your real name and accurate contact details.
• Accounts cannot be transferred, sold or assigned to another person.
• You must keep your registered contact details current. Outdated information may delay withdrawal processing.
• Inactive accounts — those with no login activity for 12 consecutive months — may be subject to an inactivity fee or closure after reasonable notice.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on the 99abk platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit/credit cards and mobile wallets. Available methods may be updated from time to time.

Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically reflect in your account balance within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank Transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing times. If a deposit does not appear within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals are processed back to the payment method used for deposit where possible. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the method selected and the volume of requests being handled at any given time.

• You may only withdraw funds using payment methods verified and linked to your 99abk account.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard.
• Funds deposited using a bonus may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• 99abk does not charge processing fees on withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts — accounts not registered in your own name — are not permitted.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

99abk offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins on selected slot games, cashback promotions and seasonal offers tied to cricket events such as PSL and T20 tournaments.

Every bonus offered on the 99abk platform carries specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The full terms for each promotion are displayed at the point of claiming and should be read carefully before accepting any offer.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in bonus balance form and are subject to the wagering requirement specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be played through before it converts to withdrawable cash balance.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and sports betting contributions vary and are stated in individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are intended for one use per player, per household and per IP address. Abuse of promotional offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — results in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings.
• 99abk reserves the right to withdraw, modify or expire promotions at any time. Where a bonus has already been claimed, the terms in place at the time of claiming apply.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any uncompleted wagering requirements or unused bonus balance after the expiry date will be removed from the account.

06 Betting Rules

Sports betting at 99abk covers cricket including PSL fixtures, T20 internationals and domestic competitions, as well as football, esports and other available markets. The following rules apply to all bets placed on the platform.

• A bet is confirmed only when it is accepted by the system and a confirmation reference is generated. Bets pending confirmation are not active bets.
• Odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that apply to that bet, subject to the conditions noted below.
• 99abk reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a system error or data feed malfunction. In such cases the stake is returned to the player's account.
• Live in-play bets are subject to slight delays in odds updates due to the real-time nature of the feeds. Bets accepted during a delay are settled at the odds displayed at the time of acceptance where those odds were genuinely available.
• If a sporting event is postponed, abandoned or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport's rules displayed in the betting section. Generally, postponed cricket matches that resume within a defined window are settled on completion; matches that do not resume within that window result in stakes being returned.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These are displayed within the betting interface. Bets exceeding these limits may be partially accepted up to the maximum.
• Minimum bet amounts apply and are shown in the bet slip before confirmation.
• Winnings are credited to your account balance upon settlement of the relevant event or market.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 99abk platform. Engaging in any of these will result in account suspension, permanent closure and potential forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account rule.
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to interact with the platform in any way, including placing bets, playing games or navigating the interface.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs or glitches in games or the betting engine. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown error are void.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, poker-style games or sports betting markets to manipulate outcomes or gain unfair advantage.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any financial transaction not genuinely connected to gaming activity.
• Providing false identity information at any stage of account registration or verification.
• Placing bets using knowledge of match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of insider information related to sporting events.
• Attempting to access, interfere with or reverse-engineer any part of the 99abk platform infrastructure, systems or code.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour toward 99abk staff or other players through any communication channel.

08 Privacy and Data

99abk collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, identity verification, payment processing and platform usage. Full details of what data is collected, how it is used and how it is protected are set out in our Privacy Policy.

By registering an account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to the data held about you and to request corrections where information is inaccurate. Contact our support team to make such requests.

99abk does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification services and other service providers necessary for the operation of the platform, all of whom are bound by appropriate data protection obligations.

09 Limitation of Liability

99abk provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain uptime and reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues or third-party outages may occasionally affect platform availability.

• 99abk is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, interrupted internet connections or device failures on the player's side.
• We are not responsible for losses arising from a player's failure to understand the rules of a game or betting market before participating.
• Our liability in connection with any single claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the net deposits made by the player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Gaming and sports betting carry inherent risk. By using the platform you acknowledge that outcomes are uncertain and that losses are a genuine possibility. Play only with funds you can afford to lose and make use of the budgeting tools available in your account settings.

10 Suspension and Termination

99abk may suspend or permanently close an account at any time where there are reasonable grounds to believe that these terms have been breached or that continued access poses a risk to the platform, other players or the integrity of games and betting markets.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any bonus balances and winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Real-money deposits not connected to the breach may be returned at 99abk's discretion following investigation.

Players may close their own accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting support. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons — such as wanting to take a break from gambling — please state this clearly when making the request so that appropriate self-exclusion measures can be applied and your account is not simply suspended pending review.

11 Changes to These Terms

99abk may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the platform, operational requirements or for any other reasonable reason. The updated version will always be published on this page with the effective date clearly displayed at the top.

If you continue to use the platform after updated terms have been published, you are taken to have accepted the revised terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the platform and close your account.

For significant changes that materially affect your rights or obligations as a player, 99abk will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice through the platform or via the email address registered on your account. It is your responsibility to keep your contact details current so that such notices reach you.
